Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: September 17, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to access to and use of the Launch Navigation System (“LNS” or the “Service”), operated by The Aligned Biz Co, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This AUP is incorporated into the LNS Subscription and Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Agreement.

You are responsible for your own use of the Service and for activity conducted through your account, including content you publish, communications you send, data you collect, products or services you sell, and experiences you provide to your own leads, customers, students, community members, or other end users.

1. General Standard of Use

You may use LNS only for lawful business purposes and in a manner that does not harm the Service, Company, other users, or third parties.

You may not use the Service to violate applicable law, regulation, court order, contractual obligation, or the rights of another person or entity.

2. Unlawful, Fraudulent, or Deceptive Activity

You may not use LNS to facilitate, promote, sell, market, or support unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity.

Prohibited activity includes phishing, scams, impersonation, fraudulent offers, deceptive sales practices, false or materially misleading claims, identity theft, credential theft, or conduct designed to mislead a person about the source, nature, price, availability, or terms of a product or service.

3. Communications, Email, and Lead Interaction

You may not use LNS email, messaging, Lead Interaction Agent, forms, funnels, workflows, or related communication features to send unlawful, unsolicited, deceptive, abusive, or misleading communications.

You are responsible for obtaining any consent required by law and for complying with applicable marketing, electronic communications, privacy, and anti-spam requirements, including unsubscribe and opt-out obligations.

You may not use purchased, scraped, harvested, or unlawfully obtained contact lists where you do not have a lawful basis to contact the individuals on the list.

4. Minors and Age-Restricted Use

LNS is intended only for adults age 18 or older. You may not knowingly use LNS to market or sell to, enroll, create accounts for, provide paid or gated access to, or knowingly collect personal information from anyone under age 18.

This restriction applies across LNS-hosted or LNS-managed forms, quizzes, checkouts, courses, communities, support tools, booking tools, public pages, and other features.

5. Prohibited or Restricted Business Activity

You may not use LNS to operate, promote, or facilitate businesses or transactions involving pornography or sexually explicit services; illegal drugs or controlled substances; unlawful weapons sales; unlawful gambling or gaming; pyramid schemes; or prohibited multi-level marketing practices.

You may not use LNS to make or facilitate lending, credit, insurance, housing, employment, medical, or other regulated eligibility decisions where the activity is unlawful, requires licensing you do not hold, or relies on LNS in a way the Service is not designed to support.

You may not use LNS to provide medical diagnosis or treatment, prescribe medication, or otherwise conduct regulated clinical activity unless you are lawfully authorized to do so and the Service is expressly designed for the applicable compliance requirements.

6. Sensitive and Regulated Data

LNS is not intended to serve as a system of record for highly sensitive or specially regulated data unless Company expressly states otherwise in writing.

You may not intentionally collect, upload, store, or process information through LNS where doing so would subject Company or the Service to regulatory obligations the Service is not designed to meet, including protected health information, government identification data, full payment card data outside approved payment processing flows, biometric identifiers, highly sensitive financial account credentials, or other similarly regulated data.

If you choose what information to request through forms, quizzes, support tools, community features, booking tools, or other configurable features, you are responsible for limiting collection to information you are legally permitted to collect, and that is appropriate for the Service.

7. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights

You may not use LNS to infringe or misappropriate copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of Company or any third party.

You may not copy, reproduce, extract, distribute, sell, teach, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, recreate, or create derivative works from proprietary LNS software, workflows, prompts, agent instructions, curriculum, frameworks, templates, or other protected Company materials except as expressly permitted in writing.

You may not use automated tools or other methods to systematically extract proprietary content or functionality from the Service.

8. Security, System Integrity, and Technical Abuse

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, another account, underlying systems, databases, infrastructure, or connected third-party services.

You may not introduce malware, malicious code, credential-stealing tools, denial-of-service activity, harmful scripts, or other code intended to damage, disrupt, surveil, or compromise systems or users.

You may not bypass, disable, manipulate, or interfere with access controls, usage limits, rate limits, authentication, security safeguards, payment controls, or other technical restrictions.

You may not use the Service in a manner that creates unreasonable load, threatens platform stability, materially degrades service for other users, or circumvents reasonable-use restrictions.

9. AI Feature Misuse

You may not use AI Features to facilitate unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, impersonation, harmful deception, prohibited discrimination, or other conduct barred by this AUP or the Agreement.

You may not intentionally attempt to defeat, bypass, or manipulate safeguards applied to AI Features or use automated methods to extract protected system instructions, proprietary prompts, or restricted internal information.

You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before using or publishing them and for ensuring that your use of those outputs complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

10. Content and Community Conduct

You may not publish or facilitate content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, exploitative, defamatory, malicious, or intended to incite illegal conduct.

You may not use LNS-hosted communities, courses, support portals, public pages, or other interactive areas to engage in targeted abuse, unlawful discrimination, doxxing, stalking, or exploitation.

You are responsible for moderating Client-controlled spaces and for responding appropriately to unlawful or abusive activity occurring through those spaces.

11. Payments, Commerce, and Customer Transactions

You may not use LNS payment or commerce features for fraudulent transactions, money laundering, unlawful sales, prohibited goods or services, or activity that violates applicable payment-network or payment-processor rules.

You are responsible for your own pricing, product and service descriptions, fulfillment, refund and cancellation policies, taxes, consumer-protection compliance, customer support, disputes, and chargebacks arising from your own sales.

Use of payment processing features may also be subject to the separate terms and restrictions of the applicable payment processor.

12. Third-Party Integrations, Webhooks, and Custom Code

You are responsible for any third-party integration, webhook endpoint, external service, tracking technology, or custom code you connect to or use with LNS.

You may not use integrations, webhooks, custom code, or embedded scripts to circumvent this AUP, collect information unlawfully, compromise security, or interfere with the operation of the Service or third-party systems.

Company is not responsible for the conduct, security, or privacy practices of third-party systems you independently select or configure.

13. Account Use and Resale Restrictions

You may not share, transfer, sublicense, rent, resell, or provide unauthorized access to your LNS account.

You may not use your account to operate LNS as a separate software service for unrelated third parties, create unauthorized white-label access, or allow another business to use your account as though it were its own subscription unless Company expressly permits that use in writing.

14. Enforcement

Company may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may request information reasonably necessary to evaluate potential misuse.

Depending on the nature, severity, recurrence, and risk of the conduct, Company may remove or restrict content, disable features, suspend access, limit functionality, preserve relevant records, or terminate the account, with or without prior notice where permitted by law and the Agreement.

Company may cooperate with lawful requests from courts, regulators, law enforcement, payment processors, or other authorized parties and may preserve information when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, disputes, chargebacks, legal claims, or compliance obligations.

Enforcement of one violation does not waive Company’s right to enforce this AUP against other or later violations.

15. Reporting Violations

If you believe LNS is being used in violation of this AUP, please report the issue through Company’s support channel at https://thealignedbizco.com/support. Provide enough information for Company to identify and evaluate the reported activity.

16. Changes to This Policy

Company may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be handled in accordance with the notice provisions of the Agreement. Continued use of the Service after an updated AUP becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Relationship to the Agreement. This AUP forms part of the Agreement. If there is a conflict between this AUP and the Agreement, the Agreement controls unless the Agreement expressly states otherwise.
